Rich has been involved in many aspects of real estate throughout the years. Starting in the construction field many years ago, he worked from laborer, up through management and later owner his own company, building, rehabbing, and repairing homes. He has been involved in several property investment projects, including purchasing, rebuilding, rehabbing, and even holding real estate. Rich has worked for the past 32 years in the property management field, involved with several large properties throughout the southern and central part of NH. 

Rich grew up in Concord NH, and 33 years ago built his home in the town of Loudon NH, where he resides now! Rich enjoys working with people to help them accomplish their goals.
